Install Elementor Pro (if not already installed):
- Make sure you have Elementor Pro installed and activated on your WordPress site. Elementor Pro provides additional form field options compared to the free version.
Create or Edit a Form:
- Go to the page where you want to add the form in the Elementor editor.
- Add a new Section or edit an existing one where you want the form to appear.
- Drag and drop the "Form" widget from the Elementor panel to the section.
Add Form Fields:
- In the Form widget settings, you can add and customize the form fields.
- To add a telephone field:
  - Click on "+ Add Item" under Form Fields.
  - Choose "Tel" from the dropdown list. This will add a telephone field to your form.
Customize the Telephone Field:
- Click on the telephone field added to the form to customize it.
- You can change the field label, placeholder text, and make it required if needed.
- Adjust other settings such as field size, alignment, and styling to match your website's design.
Configure Form Submission:
- Configure what happens when the form is submitted (e.g., sending an email, redirecting to a page).
- Set up email notifications and confirmation messages under the "Actions After Submit" section.
Preview and Publish:
- Preview your form to ensure the telephone field looks and functions as expected.
- Once satisfied, click "Update" or "Publish" to save your changes and make the form live on your website.
