How It Works:

HTML Structure:
- The filters section contains buttons for each filter category (all, category1, category2, category3).
- The items section contains the content that will be filtered, such as images or cards, each with a category class (category1, category2, etc.).
CSS Styling:
- The items are given a default style with flexbox. Each item has a transition effect for smooth appearing and disappearing.
- The buttons are styled to look like clickable filter options.
JavaScript Functionality:
- When a filter button is clicked, the filterItems() function is called.
- The function checks each item’s class and either shows or hides it by adjusting the opacity and transform properties. If an item matches the filter, it fades in and moves into place; otherwise, it fades out and slides down.

Customization Options:

Animation Speed: You can adjust the transition property in CSS to change how fast or slow the items appear/disappear.
Filter Categories: Add or remove filter buttons in the HTML. The JavaScript will handle any new categories you add by simply adding the data-filter attribute.
Filter Styles: Customize the button and item styles to fit your design with additional CSS classes and properties.
