Explanation of the Code

HTML:
- We use an <input type="file"> to allow the user to select a file. The fileInfo div will display the selected file's details.

CSS:
- Styles are kept simple and centered. The progress bar and upload button only appear when a file is selected.
JavaScript:
- handleFileSelect: This function is triggered when the user selects a file. It displays basic file information (name and size) and shows the upload button and progress bar.
- simulateFileUpload: This function simulates a file upload by incrementing the progress bar every 200ms until it reaches 100%. This is where you'd actually handle the file upload using fetch() or XMLHttpRequest to send the file to a server.
- The FormData object is used to hold the file data, which is typically what you'd send in an actual HTTP request.
