HTML Structure:

CSS Styling:
- The .preloader covers the full screen with a semi-transparent white background, ensuring that the preloader remains centered.
- The .spinner is styled to look like a circle with a border. The spinner uses the border property to create the circular effect, with the top border colored differently to create the spinning effect.
- The @keyframes animation rotates the spinner 360 degrees continuously.
- The .content is hidden by default, and only shown after the preloader is hidden.

Customization Options:

Size: You can change the size of the preloader by adjusting the width and height of the .spinner.
Speed: Modify the animation duration (currently set to 1s) to make the spinning faster or slower.
