Carry a card onto a full column and it says Full before you let go, then springs back without writing anything.Standup on every phone: tap Start and the person who is up is on every screen at once, on a card in their own pin color with three handwritten lines: yesterday, today, stuck on. Anything blocked stays pinned above them for the whole round, and Pass the pin moves the turn on.Flow in three numbers: cards done this week, the median time a card takes, and the age of the oldest open card, then one sentence that forecasts the rest in working days.
