Footer link — an optional “Withdraw from contract here” link can display automatically in your site footer. My Account tab — an optional “Withdraw From Contract” tab appears inside WooCommerce My Account, right after Orders, for logged-in customers. Shortcode support — place the link or the full form anywhere else you like, including navigation menus and widgets. The Request Form Collects Name, Email, and Order/Contract Reference. Logged-in customers see their own real orders in a dropdown — no manual typing required. A manual reference field is available as a fallback for guests or orders not found in the dropdown. Optional “Reason” field for extra context. Duplicate protection — an order that already has an active request shows as disabled in the dropdown, and is blocked server-side even if entered manually. Automated Email Flow Customer submits a request and receives an acknowledgement email with a confirmation button. Clicking confirm sends a final confirmation email to the customer. The store owner receives an instant admin notification with a direct link to review the request. All emails use a clean, modern, branded template with a fully customizable accent color.
