Flex Home is a React Native (Expo SDK 54) mobile app designed specifically for real estate businesses. It serves as the mobile client for a Botble real estate backend, seamlessly integrating properties, projects, agents, saved listings, consultations, and account data from your existing website via its REST API. With a single codebase, you can build both iOS and Android versions of the app.

This app is tailored for agencies, property marketplaces, and independent agents who already operate a Botble real estate site and desire to extend their reach to mobile users. Every aspect of your brand identity – name, bundle ID, scheme, colors, and fonts – is controlled through a single .env file. Neutral defaults are included in the source code, allowing for effortless rebranding without any code modifications.

Before purchasing, please carefully read the following information. This product is a mobile app only; it is not a standalone system. The app lacks its own database and admin panel. It relies entirely on reading all data – properties, projects, agents, consultations, and accounts – from a Laravel backend through that backend's REST API.

You can also try out the app on your own phone using the provided demo APK. Please note that the demo APK utilizes our Homzen demo backend, displaying data from that site.

Backend Requirements

The app communicates with the real estate plugin's REST API rather than a specific website. Therefore, it works with any Botble real estate backend. You will need to enable the API under Settings > API in the Botble admin and set API_BASE_URL to your site's address.

Third-Party Services

Please note that several optional features within this app connect to external services not provided by us. Enabling these features requires you to create your own developer or merchant accounts with these providers, accept their terms of service, and pay any applicable fees. We have no control over their pricing, approval processes, or availability in your region.

• Social Login (Google, Apple, Facebook): Each provider requires a separate developer account and an app registered in their respective console, where you generate client IDs and secrets for the app to use.

• Payment Gateways (Agent Credit Packages): Payments are processed by your Laravel backend, not by the app. The app opens your site's existing hosted checkout in a WebView. Whichever gateways you have enabled on the backend are available for agents to use. Every gateway requires your own merchant account with that provider, plus their onboarding and identity checks. Gateways charge their own transaction fees and, in some cases, monthly or payout fees.

• Push Notifications (Firebase): Push delivery utilizes Firebase Cloud Messaging. You must create your own Firebase project and add the required configuration files (google-services.json and GoogleService-Info.plist) to your project. Firebase is a Google service with its own terms of service.

• Maps: The default map engine is MapLibre with OpenStreetMap, requiring no API key, billing account, or Google account. Apple Maps and Google Maps are optional alternatives. Choosing Google Maps requires your own Google Cloud project with billing enabled and a Maps SDK key. Google bills map usage above their free monthly allowance.

App Store Accounts

Publishing to app stores requires your own developer accounts: the Apple Developer Program (paid yearly subscription) and a Google Play Developer account (one-time registration fee). Both are independent of Envato and charged by Apple and Google respectively. An Expo account is also needed for EAS cloud builds. Its free tier is sufficient for building and submitting the app.
