Default categories such as Roses, Lilies, Tulips, Orchids, Mixed Bouquets, Wedding Flowers, Sympathy Flowers, and Seasonal are created on installation. Order Management: Create orders for your Perfex CRM clients, add products and arrangements as order items, and track order status through a complete workflow: Draft → Confirmed → Packed → Out for Delivery → Completed (or Cancelled). Delivery Management: When an order is confirmed, a delivery record is automatically created. Assign staff members to process orders or delivery, update delivery status, and track delivery progress. View all deliveries on a calendar. Inventory Control: Keep full control of your stock with a complete inventory management system. Record purchases, stock adjustments, and wastage with ease. Track detailed inventory logs and receive low-stock alerts so you never miss a reorder. Inventory levels are automatically updated and deducted when orders are completed, keeping your stock accurate in real time. Customer Management: Access comprehensive information about each customer including order history, contact information, and reminders, enabling efficient tracking of past orders, and maintenance of organised customer records.
