Greetings Manager Module For Perfex CRM

“Greetings Manager”, module can be use in Perfex CRM which allows admin or staff to send personalized greeting SMS or Email to Client’s contact or staff on their special days.

• By using this module, Admin and staff will be able to create schedule to send automatic SMS or Email to the Clients or Staff. Thus, Best wishes will be sent to the Clients or Staffs from the company on their special days like Birthday, Anniversary etc.
• “ Greetings Manager ” is using, by default enabled SMS gateways, provided by Perfex CRM. You can check for available SMS gateways from SETUP -> Settings -> SMS.
• “ Greetings Manager ” is using, by default enabled Emails settings, in Perfex CRM.
• Staff will be required to set a schedule for one time only, to send automatic greetings SMS/Email for every upcoming special day of Clients or Staffs.
• This module will use Custom fields of Contacts and Staff to send greetings. So that custom field should be Date type.
• Admin/staff can see logs of greetings sent to whom.

• Admin/Staff can see how many Clients are sent an SMS or Email by viewing Schedule for Client Contacts.
• Admin/Staff can see how many Staffs are sent an SMS or Email by viewing Schedule for Staff.
• SMS/Email will be sent automatically to Clients or staffs using Cron Jobs.
