How It Works:

Explanation:

HTML:
- We create a button with the ID scrollTopBtn, which will be the "Scroll to Top" button that appears when the user scrolls down.
CSS:
- The button is styled to be positioned fixed at the bottom-right of the screen.
- Initially, the button is hidden (display: none), so it only appears when the page is scrolled down.
jQuery:
- The $(window).scroll() function detects when the user scrolls.
- If the scroll position is greater than 100px, the button becomes visible using .fadeIn().
- If the scroll position is less than 100px, the button is hidden again using .fadeOut().
- The $('#scrollTopBtn').click() function smoothly scrolls the page to the top when the button is clicked using animate(), which animates the scroll to the top in 500 milliseconds.

Customization:

Appearance: You can change the button's color, size, and position by adjusting the CSS.
Scroll Trigger: The scroll distance (100px in this case) can be customized to determine when the button appears.
Animation Speed: You can adjust the scroll speed (500ms in this case) in the animate() function to make the scroll faster or slower.
