Job Station is a production-ready micro-tasks and hiring marketplace platform with a beautiful Flutter mobile app (Android & iOS) and a powerful Laravel admin panel. Workers complete instant tasks or apply to real jobs, get paid into a built-in coin wallet, and cash out - while you run the whole economy from one dashboard.

Product Overview

Job Station combines two proven earning models in one app: Instant Tasks and Hiring/Jobs.

Instant Tasks: Bite-sized micro-jobs (follow a page, install an app, write a review, complete a survey...). Workers start a task, submit proof, get approved, and the reward lands in their wallet instantly.

Hiring/Jobs: A full job board where employers post listings and candidates apply with a cover letter and résumé/CV, leading to direct contracts.

Everything runs on a coin-based wallet with top-ups, cash-outs, transfers, and escrow - giving you a self-contained micro-economy you fully control.

Instant Tasks:

• Post & browse instant tasks by category & subcategory, with cover image, expiry date, worker-slot cap, auto-approve window, and KYC-gating.
• Live countdown timers on expiring tasks
• One-tap Start → Submit Proof flow - a text note and/or up to 5 attached files (screenshots, PDF, DOC, TXT) per submission
• Worker-slot management - tasks close automatically when full
• End / cancel a started task before submitting proof (mistake-proof)
• Per-task rewards, difficulty hints, and remaining-spots indicators
• Automatic / manual proof review with approve & reject

Hiring & Jobs:

• Post full job listings - category & subcategory, employment type (Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Freelance), location type (Remote/On-site/Hybrid), salary range with a show/hide-salary toggle, requirements, benefits, cover image, application deadline and optional KYC requirement
• Apply with cover letter, résumé/CV upload, expected salary and portfolio URL
• Withdraw an application while it’s still pending
• Full application lifecycle: Pending → Reviewed → Shortlisted → Accepted / Rejected
• Applicant tracking for employers

Contracts, Milestone Escrow & Ratings:

• Direct contracts between employers and workers, funded from escrow the moment the offer is sent - the worker’s payment is guaranteed before they even accept
• Two ways to structure a contract: a single flat amount, or milestone-based - break the work into any number of milestones, each with its own amount, description, and optional deadline
• Every milestone has its own submit → approve / dispute cycle - the worker submits a note + optional proof file per milestone, the employer approves (instant payout for that milestone, minus commission) or disputes it
• Full contract lifecycle: Offered → Accepted → Submitted → Completed, with clean Declined, Cancelled (employer withdraws, escrow refunded) and Disputed paths - a milestone contract auto-completes once every milestone is approved
• Two-way 5-star rating & review on completed contracts (blind reveal)
