Staff write it in the admin; it opens in the app with four paw ratings, the visit’s photos and a typed note.Nobody asks how short again. The coat map records six zones of a drawn dog or cat at four lengths, set once, and every groomer sees the same instructions.Your staff stop opening a terminal after install. Backups, migrations and everyday jobs are documented through phpMyAdmin, and there is no storage:link step to get wrong.Two apps, one business It is built for a single grooming salon, daycare, boarding house or small clinic: one location, self-hosted, no monthly platform fee, and no multi-vendor marketplace to configure. Both halves are in the zip and they talk over one REST API. The zip has two folders at its root, and the documentation’s first command is written for exactly that layout.leashora_app/ — the customer app. Flutter, GetX, six dependencies, no vendor SDKs. Android and iOS.backend/ — the staff admin and the API, included. Laravel, Filament, Sanctum, spatie/permission, Pest.The report card Four things out of four — mood, appetite, potty, energy — drawn as paws rather than percentages, with the visit’s photos and a note somebody actually typed. Staff write it in the admin; it opens in the app with the paws filling in, one row at a time. Nothing on it is computed: a report card is a person’s account of a day.A booking that reprices Pets, service, extras and a day — all in one screen. The bar at the bottom recomputes the total, the total length and the price per pet on every change:Money and minutes both multiply, and the server recomputes the same figures when the request is submitted, so a stale price list on somebody’s phone can never decide what the studio charges. Free times come from the server too, which is why a fully booked day shows a sentence instead of a grid of dead buttons.The coat map Say how a dog or a cat is cut, zone by zone, once. Six tappable regions of a drawn animal, four lengths each, darker shading for a shorter coat — plus a line of notes for the groomer. Set it once and every groomer sees the same instructions. Anything that is neither a dog nor a cat gets a plain note instead of the wrong outline, and the screen says so.Paperwork, already there Vaccination dates in one place, with the certificate photo attached, so nobody hunts for it at the door.
