Step 1: Install NEX-Forms and MailChimp Plugin

Install NEX-Forms: If you haven’t already, make sure you have the NEX-Forms plugin installed on your WordPress site.
Install the NEX-Forms MailChimp Integration Add-on: NEX-Forms has an integration add-on specifically for MailChimp. You'll need this add-on to connect your forms with MailChimp.

Step 2: Create or Edit a Form in NEX-Forms

Go to NEX-Forms: In your WordPress dashboard, navigate to NEX-Forms > All Forms.
Create a New Form or edit an existing one.
Add Form Fields: Add fields that you want users to fill out (like Name, Email, etc.).

Step 3: Set Up MailChimp Integration

Open the MailChimp Integration Settings:
- While editing the form, go to the Form Settings panel in NEX-Forms.
- Find the Integrations tab and click on it.

- Select the desired list or create a new one in MailChimp if you don't have one set up already.
Map Form Fields to MailChimp Fields:

- Ensure that at least the Email field is mapped to MailChimp’s Email field to ensure proper data syncing.

Step 4: Save and Test the Integration

Test the Form: Test the form on your website by submitting test data. After submitting, check your MailChimp list to verify that the data has been successfully added.

Step 5: Customize (Optional)

You can customize the MailChimp integration further:
