Overload is perfect for fitness enthusiasts who already have a solid understanding of their training routines and want a focused tool to log their workouts efficiently.

Product Overview

Unlike many generic fitness apps that focus on preset routines and video demonstrations, Overload prioritizes the act of logging. It provides a streamlined interface for recording sets, reps, weights, rest times, and notes, allowing users to capture their workout data with minimal effort.

Modern Design and User Experience

Overload boasts a clean, modern, and intuitive user interface designed to be both user-friendly and visually appealing. The app's focus on simplicity and functionality ensures that users can quickly navigate and access the information they need without distractions.

Main Features and Capabilities

• Effortless Set Logging: Record your sets with a single tap. The app intelligently displays previous session data as ghost text, simplifying the process of filling in workout details.
• Robust Rest Timer: The integrated rest timer remains active even when the app is in the background, ensuring accurate tracking of your rest periods. A local notification will even alert you when your timer is complete, even if the app is suspended.

• Session Persistence: Workouts in progress are always resumable, even if the app is force-quit.

• Comprehensive Logging Options: Log warm-up sets, drop sets, failure sets, and include per-set and per-session notes. An optional RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion) column allows for further data capture.

• Workout Flexibility: Superset exercises, reorder sets mid-workout, and add exercises on the fly for ultimate customization.

Personal Records

Overload automatically tracks your personal records for heaviest weight, estimated 1RM (Epley), and session volume. These achievements are announced in real-time, keeping you motivated and aware of your progress.

Routines and Exercises

• Extensive Exercise Library: Access a database of 590 text-only exercises, searchable and filterable.
• Custom Exercise Creation: Create and save your own exercises, seamlessly integrated with the existing library.
• Routine Builder: Design customized routines with drag-and-drop functionality, supersets, folders, and per-exercise targets.

Progress Tracking

• 1RM Estimation: Monitor your estimated 1RM over time, providing valuable insights into your strength gains.
