• Honest Verification Levels: Families always see the exact level of verification a caregiver has achieved – ID verified, document reviewed, or third-party background check. No blanket "verified" badges.
• Geofenced Clock In/Out: Caregivers clock in and out at the care address, providing real-time, timestamped proof of attendance. Off-location visits are flagged for review.
• Escrow Payments: Funds are held securely in escrow until a visit is completed and undisputed. Payments are released to the caregiver only after a successful visit.
