Quality Management module is an advanced solution designed to help organizations systematically manage and assure product quality across all stages of production and inventory movement. By integrating automated quality checks, detailed failure analysis, and real-time alerts, this module empowers businesses to identify, address, and prevent quality issues—ensuring compliance, traceability, and continuous improvement in manufacturing and supply chain operations.   1. Dashboard:
    • Check Statistics by Team: Displays total, in-progress, passed, and failed checks per team, so managers can benchmark performance and allocate resources.
    • Check by Status: A breakdown of checks in “To Do,” “Passed,” and “Failed” states, highlighting any backlog or surges in failures.
    • Alerts by Status: Visualizes alerts in “New,” “Verified,” “Action Proposed,” and “Resolved” stages, helping prioritize critical issues.
  2. Control Point Management:
    • Define Control Points (QCPs): Create inspection points for any operation (manufacturing, receipt, transfer, delivery) or product group, specifying when and how checks should be generated.
    • Control Frequency & Sampling: Choose between “All,” “Randomly,” or “Periodically,” and configure percentages or intervals to tailor sampling plans to risk levels.
    • Failure Location Assignment: Link one or more quarantine locations so that failed items are automatically routed to designated failure-stock for isolation and further action.
  3. Quality Check Management:
    • Auto-Generated & Manual Checks: Quality checks spawn automatically from QCPs or can be created on demand, with flexible “Control Per” options (operation, product, quantity).
    • Multiple Check Types: Support for Instructions, Pass-Fail, Measure (with tolerance ranges), Take a Picture, Register Production, Print Label, and more—each with its own workflow in the UI.
    • Result Recording & Tracking: Inspectors record outcomes (Pass/Fail, measurements, photos) directly in the transaction or via standalone check screens, with failure prompts driving alerts.
  4. Quality Alert Management:
    • Alert Creation Triggers: Alerts can be raised automatically on a failed check or manually from any Manufacturing Order, Receipt, Delivery, or Work Order.
    • Alert Lifecycle: Manage status transitions—New → Verified → Action Proposed → Resolved—ensuring each issue is investigated, corrective/preventive actions are documented, and closure dates logged.
    • Root Cause & Priority: Classify alerts by root cause categories (Workcenter Failure, Parts Quality, etc.) and assign priority levels to drive rapid remediation for high-impact issues.
  5. Failure Locations Management:
    • Quarantine Stock Handling: Configure physical or virtual failure bins for defective items; upon a failed check, the system creates internal transfers to move stock to the selected failure location.
    • Inventory Visibility: Track quantities and movements of non-conforming inventory, with dedicated views in each warehouse showing failed-item summaries for easy review and disposition.
  6. Team Management:
    • Define Quality Teams: Group users into teams responsible for specific control points and alerts; ensure notifications and check assignments are routed to the right stakeholders.
    • Staff Assignment: Assign a single responsible staff member per QCP or alert, clarifying ownership and facilitating accountability.
  7. Permission Management:
