A Sliding Quiz is an interactive quiz where questions and answers slide in or out with animation, providing a dynamic user experience. This type of quiz can use sliding effects for navigation between questions, answers, or even the entire quiz interface. Features of a Sliding Quiz

Sliding Transitions: Questions and answers move in and out with sliding animations.
Multiple Questions: Users can navigate through multiple questions by sliding left/right.
Score Tracking: Keep track of the user's score as they progress through the quiz.
Timed Quiz: Optionally, include a timer for each question or for the entire quiz.

How It Works

HTML Structure: The quiz consists of several question containers, each with a set of answer buttons. The data-correct attribute is used to track the correct answers.
CSS Styling: The layout is styled to display a clean interface. The #question-container uses CSS transitions for the sliding effect when moving between questions.
JavaScript Logic:
- showQuestion(): This function is responsible for showing the question at the given index and applying the sliding effect via the transform property.
- Answer Handling: When an answer is clicked, the user's score is updated if the answer is correct, and the next question slides in.
- End of Quiz: Once all questions are answered, the score is displayed.
- Restart: A restart button allows the user to reset the quiz.
