Live Demo: Smart School QR Code Attendance Live Demo

Smart School QR Code Attendance is a powerful addon that seamlessly integrates automated student and staff attendance tracking using QR/Barcode technology within the Smart School platform. This innovative module empowers your school to streamline attendance management, eliminating manual processes and enhancing efficiency.

How It Works

The Smart School QR Code Attendance system operates with remarkable simplicity:

1. ID Card Generation: Smart School generates unique QR or Barcode ID cards for each student and staff member, which can be easily printed.

2. Attendance Portal: Administrators access the QR Code Attendance page through the Smart School admin panel, utilizing any Android, iOS, Windows mobile device, tablet, or laptop equipped with a webcam.

3. Scanning Process: Students and staff present their ID cards in front of the camera during attendance. The system automatically scans the QR or Barcode, verifying their identity and recording their attendance in real-time.

4. Automated Attendance: The "Auto Attendance" feature, when enabled, automatically submits attendance records continuously without the need for manual intervention.

5. Absent Student Notifications: Once the school day concludes, the system automatically identifies absent students and sends notifications to designated administrators.

6. Comprehensive Reporting: Smart School provides detailed reports based on attendance data, allowing administrators to analyze attendance patterns, device usage, and IP addresses.
