A Suretly  contractor bidding on public work carries two obligations that have nothing to do with building anything: the bonds that secure each bid, and the certificates that prove the company is allowed to hold the contract. Both expire. Both are usually tracked in a spreadsheet, and the spreadsheet is what lets a general liability certificate lapse three days before a bid opening.Suretly is a self-hosted Laravel application that replaces that spreadsheet. It tracks projects and bids, the bid, performance, payment and maintenance bonds attached to them, the aggregate bonding capacity those bonds consume, and every compliance document with an expiry date on it. It tells you what is falling due before it falls due.Both demo accounts are deliberately read only, so the demo still looks the way it is supposed to when you get to it. Cover, projects, bonds, vault, renewal calendar and profile, with native patterns on each platform, a light and a dark theme, and skeleton loading throughout. Full source is included, and a built Android package is on the demo site so you can try it before you buy.Account recovery Both sign in screens have their own forgot password flow, so a member of staff who cannot reach the admin console can still recover their own account without an administrator resetting it by hand. The reset mail is the product’s, not the framework’s.A web installer Upload the files, open the site, and the application detects that it is not set up. It checks server requirements, tests the database connection before it writes anything, verifies your purchase code, creates the first company and owner account, then locks itself so it cannot be run again. No configuration file has to be edited by hand.Branding and content control Logo, favicon, brand colors, product name and default theme are all set from the admin console, with no code change. Terms, privacy and any other page you need are authored in a rich editor and published at a URL you choose.
