Every store owner knows the reviews matter. Almost nobody reads them. By the time a pattern is obvious, and the packaging is failing or one product line is dragging the rating down or a shipping change broke something, it has been true for six weeks.Vantage collects your reviews on a schedule, scores every one of them, and sends you a weekly report that says what changed, what customers complained about, what they praised, and what to do about it first. You are billed by that provider directly. Vantage adds no markup and takes no cut. There is a monthly token cap so it can never surprise you, and if the cap is reached the analysis simply falls back to the offline engine rather than stopping.The numbers are never guessedEvery count, average, percentage, week-on-week change and histogram in a Vantage report is calculated in SQL from your own review data. When an AI provider is connected it is asked only for language: naming themes, drafting the summary, reasoning about the SWOT.
