• MongoDB Atlas – Vibe Database hosting. A free tier (M0) is available for development; production workloads may require a paid cluster.
• Email Service (SMTP) – Requires an SMTP provider (like Gmail, SendGrid, or AWS SES) for sending ticket confirmations and notifications.
