How It Works

The integration process is straightforward:

1. Admin Configuration: The administrator sets up Meta App credentials in the Admin panel under Channels (App ID, App Secret, Configuration ID, Webhook Token).

2. User Connection: The user opens Settings > Connect and selects the Meta Cloud tab.

3. Embedded Signup: The user clicks "Connect with Meta," initiating the Embedded Signup popup.

4. Authentication: The user logs in with their Facebook account and selects their WhatsApp Business number.

5. Onboarding: The plugin exchanges the authorization code, registers the number, and creates the instance.

6. Ready to Chat: The number is instantly ready for sending and receiving messages.

Requirements

To utilize WhatSaaS Meta Cloud, you need:

• WhatSaaS Web Platform: Version 1.0.5 or later - the Meta Cloud plugin is an add-on.
• Meta Developer Account: A Meta for Developers account and a Business Portfolio.
• Meta App: With the WhatsApp and Facebook Login for Business products, plus an Embedded Signup configuration.
• HTTPS Domain: Required - the Embedded Signup popup does not work over plain HTTP.
• Business Verification + App Review: Required by Meta to onboard customers in production (Advanced Access).
