Product Overview

Work Orders for Perfex CRM automates the process of converting accepted estimates into work orders, eliminating manual steps and ensuring a seamless transition. Once an estimate is accepted, it automatically transforms into a work order, replacing any associated invoice created through the core acceptance flow. Your team will be instantly notified via Perfex notifications, and a dedicated "Convert to Workorder" link is available for manual conversion as well.

• Automatic Estimate to Workorder Conversion: When a client accepts an estimate, it seamlessly converts into a work order. Any pre-existing invoice generated by the core acceptance process is automatically replaced by the newly created work order. Your team is instantly notified via Perfex notifications.
