Customers onboard the system, verify KYC, and based on previous orders, get a credit limit with a virtual credit card. During purchase, they choose BNPL at checkout, based on credit limit; users can select the desired split option, then the order is confirmed, and payments are tracked until fully paid. A merchant can sell products in two ways: by using the built-in Merchant Module to add and manage products directly, or by connecting a WooCommerce store. The system checks the customer, verifies KYC, and based on total shopping, gives them a credit limit with a Visa card, and then pays the merchant while the customer repays over time. In this project, there are three main roles: Customer (buys and repays), Merchant (sells and gets paid), and Admin/Owner (runs the system, takes responsibility to give payment to merchants, takes payment from users, sets rules, and earns fees). Xanzu uses AI search to find products easily and can summarize product reviews to the user to make the best decision before buying. Admin can score customers using a smart credit system, set credit limits, approve card applications, provide virtual cards, and approve or decline payments quickly. It integrates with WooCommerce via a built-in WordPress plugin, so online shops can start accepting BNPL/EMI payments quickly and easily. For merchants who do not use WooCommerce, the built-in merchant panel lets them add, edit, and manage products, orders, and customers from inside the system. It can also offer a virtual credit card so approved customers can pay in more places, not only one shop using their credit balance. Other unique features can include flexible EMI plans, instant checkout decisions, merchant dashboards, customer apps, payment tracking, reminders, late-fee rules, and full reports for admins. The “xanzu-payment” module handles payment flow, status, and tracking so every order stays clear: pending, approved, paid, and completed. Customer role: Customers sign up, complete verification (if enabled by admin), get a credit limit based on KYC and order history, can see their credit limit, apply for and get a Visa Credit card, choose flexible BNPL or EMI at checkout, and pay installments on time. They can track bills, due dates, and payment history in the app. Merchant role: Merchants install/connect the WooCommerce plugin or use the merchant module to add and manage products, receive payments, view sales, refunds, and settlement status, and manage customer orders. This project is made for online stores, retail shops, marketplaces, and financial service providers who want to offer BNPL/EMI without building everything from scratch. It also fits payment gateways, fintech startups, and agencies that want a ready solution to sell to multiple merchants. The owner can earn from BNPL/ EMI fees, transaction fees (a small percentage per order), and late fees (if allowed by local rules). The admin panel lets the owner control credit rules, fees, merchant settings, settlement schedules, and system reporting, so the business can scale while staying safe and profitable.
